If there's one thing I know to be true about taking care of our bodies, it's this: keeping things simple makes a really big difference.

I've worked with hundreds of clients who all used to think the same thing: losing weight and eating well has to be difficult in order for it to work. In fact, I used to believe this too when I was just starting out.

Over the past 20 years, I've mastered the art of simple, doable nutrition that doesn't require fad diets, hours of cardio or eating foods that you just don't enjoy. Now, I teach women the same thing - that it's totally possible to love how you look and enjoy the process while getting there.

There is nothing worse than feeling negatively about yourself. As women, we put so much pressure on ourselves to look good, feel good and do good in all aspects of our life. We strive to be the best spouse, the best mom, the best employee, the best friend - ultimately putting ourselves on the back burner until we feel like it's 'too late.'

It's about nourishing your body with wholesome foods that give you energy to show up as your best self every day. It's about re-gaining your confidence and feeling good in your skin. It's about learning to love yourself in a way that you haven't for many years and finally prioritizing your own needs above everyone elses.
