If there's one thing I know to be true about taking care of our bodies, it's this: keeping things simple makes a really big difference.
I've worked with hundreds of clients who all used to think the same thing: losing weight and eating well has to be difficult in order for it to work. In fact, I used to believe this too when I was just starting out.
Over the past 20 years, I've mastered the art of simple, doable nutrition that doesn't require fad diets, hours of cardio or eating foods that you just don't enjoy. Now, I teach women the same thing - that it's totally possible to love how you look and enjoy the process while getting there.
There is nothing worse than feeling negatively about yourself. As women, we put so much pressure on ourselves to look good, feel good and do good in all aspects of our life. We strive to be the best spouse, the best mom, the best employee, the best friend - ultimately putting ourselves on the back burner until we feel like it's 'too late.'
Losing weight and eating well is about so much more than a number on the scale or how you you look in the mirror. It's about nourishing your body with wholesome foods that give you energy to show up as your best self every day. It's about re-gaining your confidence and feeling good in your skin. It's about learning to love yourself in a way that you haven't for many years and finally prioritizing your own needs above everyone elses.

"After only 3 months working with Susan, I have lost 12 pounds!
For about 3 months before I started working with Susan, I had started tracking my meals and trying to lose weight on my own and it was very slow. I am so thankful for Susan and HER guidance! I am so happy with my results. I am learning so much from Susan and love the check-ins to keep me accountable. Susan is a great coach!"
